What is the difference between one-component two-component coatings? There is not much difference in product performance. The difference in use is that one is directly used and one needs to be deployed.

(1) One-component adhesive, with tile adhesive, suitable for polishing tiles, vitrified tiles, marble, ceramic tiles, concrete, cement mortar and insulation board surface or back. Not recommended for outdoor, ground, can not be directly used for concrete walls, can not be directly used for aluminum wall, light wall and other interface treatment. It is suggested that the aluminum film wall should be polished first, and then the interface stabilizing agent should be used in combination.
(2) two-component adhesive. Indoor and outdoor general, suitable for indoor and outdoor vitrified tiles, polished tiles, antique tiles, marble, granite paving, especially suitable for large-scale tile paving, high water absorption of ceramic tiles before use, please soak water treatment.
(1) one-component adhesive, drying for about 2 hours after construction, when the Milky White liquid of adhesive becomes transparent white film-forming shall prevail, and the coating thickness shall reach about 1mm.
(2) The two-component adhesive can be applied immediately and pasted or dried after brushing. The stirred slurry should be used within 2 hours. Water cannot be added at will. Check after 4 hours of construction.
(1) One-component adhesive, good bonding force, good safety, can be used for ceramic tile back treatment, to solve the problem of hollowing, cracking, falling off and other problems caused by the smooth surface of the adhesive object, too low water absorption rate, too strong, etc.
(2) two-component adhesive, excellent adhesion, a variety of tile specifications can be pasted, but also for interface processing.
(1) One-component adhesive, construction performance, display effect is better, and the cost is relatively low
(2) two-component adhesive, good bonding strength, high temperature resistance, water resistance, strong frost resistance and weather resistance.
If you consider the cost, small tiles, one-component adhesive is preferred, if the comprehensive consideration of bonding strength and scope of application, two-component is more suitable.
