First of all, this perception is wrong.

The quality of the back glue is good or bad, and it has nothing to do with the sticky hands!

01, the more sticky the adhesive, the better? The answer is no.

I don't know when to start, there is a popular saying in the industry that there is no scientific basis: the back glue must be sticky to dry, and the non-sticky emulsion back glue is not a good back glue.

However, this is not the case, the role of the adhesive is to brush it on the back of the tile with the tile glue, so that the tile and the base paste more firmly.

In fact, whether the adhesive stick hand, has nothing to do with its quality. The bonding principle of the adhesive is mainly the result of the complex physical and chemical reaction between the adhesive and the tile material and the tile, as well as the coordination of stress and strain. Therefore, "sticky hands" cannot be used as a criterion.

02, how to correctly judge the quality of the gum?

1. Look at the test data

Good quality is not good, the data to speak. A good adhesive needs to pass the following industry standard test items (the minimum standard for each mechanical property is 0.5Mpa).

2 Smell the smell.

Use fan air into the nose method, close to the product and gently fan the air with your hands, smell and observe whether there is any pungent smell. Although the adhesive with good quality has a slight smell, it will not have obvious pungent smell. On the contrary, the products with poor quality will have obvious pungent smell.

3. Construction test

The most direct way to judge the quality of the adhesive is to open the barrel to use the test, observe its temperature resistance, weather resistance, water resistance, aging resistance, etc., this time must pay attention to the correct construction, in the standardized construction, in order to play the real effect of the product.
